Layout Before / After
Layout was fully reshaped from 3 bedroom to 2 bedroom apartment. Two smaller bedrooms was fused in one space, one of bathrooms transformed to walk-in wardrobe. Maid's bathroom fused with guest powder room. Reshaped the entrance area with additional storage spaces and decorative curvy art wall.
Entrance & Powder room
We expanded the foyer's footprint by demolishing the wall between enrance and hallway, creating a seamless arrival sequence. The space is defined by custom wavy paneling, optimized storage solutions, and a refined new entrance to the powder room.
Living Room & kitchen
Molteni kitchen from Dada collection, made in eucalipto wood with industrial "metallic" finishes Lunar. Countertop crafted from Breccia Capraia.
Dining & bar
An opulent Rosso Levanto marble dining table seats eight. Nearby, a statement bar crafted from rich stone features integrated LED illumination and a built-in wine cooler for effortless hosting.
Before & After
This design features a strategic room swap—transforming the TV zone into a bar and dining area. By carefully repositioning internal walls, we successfully added significant size to the master walk-in closet.
Private quarters
Bedroom, walk-in wardrobe & en-suite bathroom
Bathroom & Wardrobe
Both en-suites are designed for ultimate comfort, featuring smart toilet technology and spacious dual zones with both shower and soaking tub. Each boasts a generous double vanity finished in luxurious natural stone and wood.
Baby's Room
From two small bedrooms to one cosy space
We merged two smaller bedrooms into one large space, creating a deluxe, second master suite for the baby. This included converting the existing bathroom into a spacious walk-in closet. The room's luxury is elevated by bespoke veneer paneling and Dior baby wallpaper. Above, the ceiling is adorned with Brokis balloon lamps, providing three different lighting scenarios.
En-suite bathroom
A refined en-suite finished in neutral marble throughout. The functional space planning incorporates a dual wet area (shower and tub) and a sophisticated natural stone double vanity.
